Sri Shaneeshvara Ashtoththarashathanama Sthothram – Lyrics and meanings

I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Shaneeshvara who speaks without certain measures, he removes guilt in worshiper, he eradicates severe sins accumulated in various births, he has no terrific form, he has long stature, he has no dreadful appearance, he is eternal, he is the source of grains, he takes immense pleasure in meditation under Ashwaththa tree/peepal, he  provides abundance of prosperity and wealth, he is unfailing/efficacious, he takes immense joy in praising his splendor, he is unconquerable, he is unique, he has great effulgence, he is the safest heaven to worshiper who are surrendered at his lotus feet, he resides on the Ashtamasthanam, his eyes are adorned in Anjjana, he is Akhilathma/Universal spirit, he is the son of Lord Surya, he can be extremely dreadful/pitiless, he is imperturbable, he is worshiped by celestial, he fulfills all the desires of the worshiper, he eradicates misfortunes, disaster, etc.. he is worshiped by immortals/Amaras, he is highly propitious and promising as well, he is unfathomable, immeasurable,  and extremely valorous, he undertakes extreme penances and Yoga, he eradicates all the impurities and sins in the whole Universe, he has various forms, he provides innumerable wellness and auspiciousness to worshiper, he is worshiped by Lord Indhra/Amaradhipa, he causes destruction with mere glances and made Ashwaththama weaponless, he is extremely forbearing towards injustice, he is worshiped by Ashwaththama, he is the provider of abundance of piousness to worshiper, he is insatiable, he is extremely valorous, he is worshiped by all, he is extremely compassionate, he eradicates ignorance in worshiper, he provides undiminishig boons to worshiper, he is eternal bliss, he is the provider longevity, he provides all that desired by the worshiper who are surrendered at his lotus feet, he eradicates mental distress and illnesses, he symbolizes supreme bliss, he is the source of happiness to the Universe and its living beings, he is wielded in vicious weapon, he is commander of living beings, he is worshiped and eulogized by living beings, he is the provider of longevity and discipline, he resides as soul in three worlds, he gets immensely pleased by the recitation of sacred names by the worshiper, he provides abundance of meritorious rewards, he is the son of Lord Adithya, he eradicates miseries and grief of worshiper, he is the protector as well as purifier of souls, he is the safest heaven from the perils and miseries, he is supreme bliss, he is the provider of longevity, he is the provider of knowledge of self/self realisation to Dhvija, he is promising, he resides as soul in living beings, he has pleasant disposition, he is supreme spirit, he is Athmarama and he is primordial deity, he eradicates perils and miseries of the worshiper, his lotus feet are worshiped by Indhira, he is the provider of heavenly pleasures to worshiper, he represents Lord Indhra, he provides all that desired by the worshiper, he fulfills all the desires of the worshiper, he fulfils the desires of Indhumathi, he is pleasing to Indhiraramana, he is worshiped by the Kings born in the clan of Lord Indhra, he fulfills all that desired by the worshiper, he venerates Indhiraramana, he represents sense organs and provider of sensual pleasures, he is beloved of Eshvara, he is devoid of three types of impulses, he represents GoddessUma, he reminds the deeds and the fruits of it to the souls, he is zealous and takes immense pleasure in celebrations, he takes immense delight in the veneration of Goddess Uma, he is the provider of highest of the meritorious reward to worshiper, he has supreme radiance, he provides highest of the knowledge of Yoga, he is extremely valorous, he explores on the above worlds, he is the Lord of higher worlds, he is vigorous, he is Oonapadha who has unsteady  and slow movements, he symbolizes Rikarakshara and he is worshiped with this sacred syllables, he is eulogized by illustrious Rishis and Sages, he symbolizes sacred scriptures, he is worshiped by illustrious Rishis and Sages, he is venerated with the recitation of Rigveda, he symbolizes Rigdeva, he is most benevolent.
