Manikyam

It was decided by the destroyers of enemy/Shathrukarshana to search for Sita who was abducted by Ravana, they further planned to conduct meticulous search through the path of Charanas.  { Initial verse from Prathama Sarga: of Sundarakandam }

Muthyam –

Oh! Sita,  hand over the precious pearl garland to the Vanarendhra/King of monkey warriors, who has the supreme knowledge in Smrithi, supreme intellect/Mathi, speed/Dhruthi, enthusiasm and dedication according to your knowledge.   {This is one of the verses from Sri Rama Pattabhisheka Sarga: }

Pravalam –

The absence of despair is caused by wealth, happiness and accomplishment of all the desires that heighten the spirit of the doer.  {This is one of the verses from the conversation of Sita to Lord Anjaneya }

 Marakatham –

I shall prostrate before Lord Rama along with Lakshmana, I shall prostrate before the consort of Rama/ Janakathmaja who is the daughter of Rajarishi Janaka. I shall prostrate before Lord Rudra, Lord Indhra and Lord Yama, Lord Agni.   I shall prostrate before Lord Chandra, Lord Surya and Lord Vayu/Maruthganas as well.  {This is one of the prayer verses of Lord Anjaneya just before locating the Ashokavatika }

Pushparagam –

Intense desire causes grief  likewise excessive hatred causes constant fear, to get rid of these it is always advisable to prostrate before the virtuous and great souls. {  This is one of the verses from the conversation between Goddess Sita and Lord Anjaneya }

Heerakam –

Oh! Janakathmaje, Rama has the eyes of lotus flower petals, he represents virtues and he is charismatic, he has attractive limbs and he is enriched with compassion. { This is one of the verses from the conversation between Sita and Anjaneya, in that Lord Anjaneya was requested to describe the physical features of Lord Rama by Sita }

Indhraneelam –

Victory to Rama who is valorous! Victory to Rama along with Lakshmana who is equally valorous like his elder brother! I am the messenger/servant of King Rama of Kingdom of Kosala who is perfect in the performance all the duties. { This is one of the verses takes place while destroying the pleasure gardens of Ravanas palace }

Gomedhakam –

If I have taken good care of my husband, if I was a devoted wife and performed all the austerities sincerely, if I am most desirable to my husband, let the fire cool down Hanuman. { This is one of the prayer verses by Sita, when Lord Anjaneya was caught up with blazing fire on his tail }

Vaidooryam -
“It is going to be the end of your life in the woods, you will be soon joining with your husband, you will have coronation ceremony in Ayodhya, and you will be rescued by Lord Raghava at the earliest.” {This is the one of glorious verses encouraging words of Lord Hanuman to Sita }
